Tech Tip 018 – Outlook Archive Bucket

Creating an Archive folder in Outlook allows you to store all processed emails in your inbox without having to delete and eliminate them. This will create a slimmer inbox, easier for your brain to focus on the new items to process. Should you need to access a specific email from the past, click on the Archive folder and use Outlook’s fairly robust search field to use key words or phrases pertaining to your email.
